Home 2 Suites by Hilton in Dalton, GA is searching for a friendly, reliable team member to join our team as a Front Desk Agent (2pm – 10pm).
Candidate must be able to:
- Work the days and hours scheduled. (3-5 days per week)
- Be reliable and on time for work
- Provide friendly, professional service to all guests
- Sell room reservations for guests by phone and in person
- Answer hotel telephones courteously and efficiently
- Assist guests with check in and check out processes
- Help guests with issues in a friendly and efficient manner while maintaining a positive attitude
- Provide information to guests concerning the hotel, services and local area
- Process guest billing/accounting correctly & efficiently
- Anticipate guest needs and taking every opportunity to exceed guest expectations
- Complete all front desk accounting processes with a high degree of accuracy
- Reconcile any payment transactional discrepancies that occurred on your shift
- Stock all required guest supplies and Hilton Honors snack and beverage items
- Prepare coffee, bake cookies and display in lobby for guests
- Maintain an adequate supply of guest items to meet any guest requests or needs
- Follow all Hampton by Hilton operational and safety policies and procedures

Job Requirements:
- Must be able and willing to work weekends (Sat., Sun.)
- Understand we are a 24/7, 365 day a year business. We do not close. Therefore, all associates must be able and willing to work when scheduled.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, helpful attitude with all guests and your fellow team members at all times.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and go above and beyond to assist guests.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced work position with constant guest interaction
- Anticipate guests needs and provide an experience that exceeds guests’ expectations
- Must possess basic computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
