Full-time Monday - Friday role:
Starting Pay Rate: $22 / per hour (pay is based on previous experience)
Primary Job Duties
- Processes all new hire onboarding via ATS including verifications of employment and guiding new hires through the pre-hire process
- Keeps the new hire “Pipeline” spreadsheet up to date at all times
- Provides welcoming first day experience for new hires
- Maintains all employee files in good order, both paper and electronic
- Maintains updated licensure in employee files and in Paylocity as applicable
- Monitors expiring work authorizations
- Maintains I-9 files in good order
- Maintains good working knowledge of HR policies and practices so that he/she may accurately answer questions as they arise
- Provides excellent customer service to employees and managers, returns calls and e-mails as soon as possible and acts on concerns promptly
- Participates in annual IDPH surveys
- Monitors uniform inventory and keeps inventory in good order
Job Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma
Experience: One to two years relevant experience:
