Overview:
This position will assist in managing various aspects of the Leagues Cup competition and team services. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clubs' technical departments, monitoring club travel, supporting match-day staffing (Match Commissioners, medical, operations), ensuring compliance with competition rules, format, and guidelines. The individual must demonstrate effective time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support all facets of the Leagues Cup Competition and Team Services department, including the enforcement of competition rules, and policies

Support contractors and match day staff with items around team services before and during the Tournament.

Assist with referee and match official administration – including any match and travel logistics and reporting.

Assist in monitoring the department email account and incoming communications involving internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in producing materials for presentations to various committees, Clubs and league personnel.

Liaise with Clubs and internal stakeholders to coordinate various meetings, conference calls, and other periodic engagements.

Provide supportive material to various Leagues Cup Department personnel when required.

Assist with additional administrative department duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

1+ years of experience
