As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for all clerical duties relating to the Administration Office. The right candidate will have excellent people skills and ability to interact clearly and concisely with residents, staff and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Possesses customer service and hospitality skills
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Must be efficient, organized, and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- HR related experience preferred
