We are seeking a Medical Office Assistant to join our team who truly desires to make a difference in patient care! You will perform treatment administration and clerical functions that will provide essential services for our patients faced with depression and other mental wellness challenges.
- Medical Office Assistant will greet visitors, schedule appointments, respond to telephone callers and take messages.
- Respond to incoming telephone calls from outside agencies, insurance companies, staff and consumers.
- Refer to the appropriate staff member, service component or community resource
- Administer TMS therapy under the direction of the clinical Medical Director (certified training provided).
- Monitor patient and address any issues to ensure treatment accuracy and comfort.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, electronic fax and electronic filing.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position
W2 with benefits
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Must be able to multi-task and work in an extremely busy environment. Must also possess great typing skills, spelling, and grammar. Excellent communication and customer service skills required. General computer experience also required.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
