We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products or services.
Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Experience in outbound calling, sales, or upselling is advantageous
- Ability to navigate computer systems with ease for data entry and CRM purposes
