Shift Premium: Nightshift - $1.50/hour extra
- Perform precise equipment setups and accurately read and interpret various gauging equipment, from digital to dial.

Maintain accurate and timely records of job assignments, both on paper and in computer systems.

Safely operate mobile equipment and overhead cranes.

Conduct ongoing quality control checks throughout the operation process.

Adhere to and support all safety guidelines and protocols, understanding that safety is the highest priority.

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Complete “near miss” paperwork for any unsafe conditions or actions, and promptly report any unsafe conditions or acts to your supervisor.
- Proficiency in comprehending and executing fundamental instructions in English.

Possession of basic mathematical competencies, including the ability to operate a calculator and interpret measurements using a tape measure.

Ability to lift 50 lbs and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Ability to work well within a team, organized approach to tasks, self-motivated, adaptable to change, focused on achieving results, and capable of working with limited supervision.

Previous experience with forklifts and cranes is advantageous.
