Are you passionate about supporting children and teens through their mental health challenges? Raising Brave Kids is seeking a dedicated Child & Teen Clinician to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapy services to individuals and families facing anxiety and mood-related challenges using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for children and teens experiencing anxiety and mood-related challenges.
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Masters degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical social work or doctoral degree in psychology.
- Licensed or license-eligible as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or psychologist in the State of Oregon.
- Experience working with children and teens in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention and/or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
- Familiarity with providing exposure therapy or a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- have a compassionate and genuine approach to therapy
- Passionate, lifelong learner.
Preferred Experience and Training
- Specialized training & experience treating anxiety disorders/OCD

**Hourly Compensation** $60-80/hour (based on experience)
