Duties:
- Provide individual or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of each student.
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress.
- Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share resources and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students or children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles of students.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others learn.
- Familiarity with preschool or adult education programs is a plus.
