Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business opportunities, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize technology tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities and performance
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, and account management
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making
- Experience in technology sales is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
