El coordinador de Marketing reporta al Jefe de Producto. Esta función implica una estrecha colaboración con el equipo de marketing de Expresia y los equipos de ventas y marketing de Backbone para crear, evaluar y optimizar campañas, rendimiento del contenido y KPI, y en última instancia traducir estas actividades en recomendaciones y resultados comerciales procesables.
Qualities/Expertise needed
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
- Clear and current understanding of inbound marketing fundamentals: SEO/outreach, content marketing, analytics, social media, and community building
- Familiarity with tactical aspects of key digital marketing efforts: SEM, SEO, email marketing, social media, and digital media buys
- At least two years of experience running SEM and/or SEO efforts in the software space
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Command of SEO software such as SEMRush, Hrefs and/or Screaming Frog
- Familiarity with CRM software - ActiveCampaign is a plus
- Strong grasp on data analysis to draw conclusions and build recommendations
- Outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Strong command of business English (B2 or higher)
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- SEO/SEM Strategy: Develop and execute a growth strategy within our web presence using SEO/SEM to drive demand and revenue growth for Expresia and its customers.
- Online Advertising: Create, implement, and continually optimize online advertising campaigns to drive sustained growth in high-performing marketing channels.
- CRO and Landing Page Optimization: Optimize landing pages and conversion paths to maximize the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Advertising Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets, allocating resources effectively, monitoring spending, and providing detailed reports on budget utilization.
- Content Marketing: Coordinate content marketing efforts, including content creation, distribution, and performance analysis, to support SEO/SEM strategies.
- KPI Tracking and Reporting: Define and track KPIs, including click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, and others, reporting regularly on campaign performance.
- CRM Integration: Utilize CRM software (e.g., ActiveCampaign) to enhance marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive lead nurturing initiatives.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance, utilizing tools or platforms tailored for A/B testing.
- Collaboration with Creative Teams: Collaborate with creative and content teams, providing clear briefs, monitoring performance, and ensuring creative output aligns with business goals.
- Global cooperation: Collaborate effectively across different time zones and regions, ensuring clear communication and coordination in a remote working environment.
- Senior Management Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management and C-level executives, updating them on Expresia's marketing strategies, achievements, and areas for improvement.
