Job Requirements
We are a small Community Mental Health Center and its clients are looking for mental health assistance. We are a human oriented company that cares for its patients and its personnel needs.
· The candidate will answer phones for clients
· look for medical insurance eligibility by looking on insurance company’s portals or making calls to insurance companies.
· follow up with clients to complete their initial paperwork,
-client's retention / customer service
· will coordinate first appointments with therapists, will assist therapists and colleagues with general administration needs.
· Create and complete excel spreadsheets to concealed therapy schedules sessions with therapist invoices.
· Will learn about several online platforms that will facilitate candidate work.
This position requires a person to work in a fast-paced environment professionally.
Computer knowledge such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, database, Google Drive, and spreadsheets is a MUST.
An excellent understanding of web searching.
English formal and informal writing skills (able to use AI for writing purposes)
Good willingness to learn new platforms.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Bilingual (English and Spanish) REQUIRED
· During the start period, the candidate will be trained in the office processes and platforms for all the activities that are delegated to it.
· New clients, appointments and customer service.
· Answer phone calls and open correspondence (e-mails)
· Create and update records, forms, and databases.
· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
· Familiarity with office administration assistance.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive.
· Familiarity with Electronic Health Records and health insurance systems (preferred)
· The candidate needs to be able to take initiative, be inquisitive, and be research minded.
