This specific role will be responsible for working cross functionally across all departments to streamline processes and procedures to ensure overall success within the organization. This team member will implement and ensure that initiatives are met within the organization and metrics for these are tracked according to company policy and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage, and support operations across all functional areas.
- Lead, manage and support Human Resource team function alongside the Management Team.
- Support the Senior Vice President of Operations in driving efficiency and effectiveness of labor across all departments, initiatives, and product lines.
- Cross-functionally support and assist the Sales, Marketing, Product/Development, Administration, and Finance functions alongside the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
- Create, review, manage, distribute, and measure internal communications related to policy, process, workflow, and business changes to ensure that all key communications are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization with a plan for post-communication measurement and monitoring.
- Create new, and manage, and leverage existing scorecards and system dashboards to measure, monitor, and improve key workflows, processes, and KPIs (Google Sheets, Jira, Hubspot, Xero and other systems)
- Collaborate with ELT and MGMT members to ensure that consistent, effective communication programs and processes exist throughout the organization
- Lead the effort to enhance processes in place to continue to build relationships and ensure client success with Key Accounts. Lead and mentor Customer Success organizations to develop professionally.
- Ensures accuracy and maintenance of pricing library and alignment of pricing within application. Establishes and oversees pricing discrepancy escalation process.
- Ownership of departmental meetings and assistance with quarterly goal setting across organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- 5+ years of project management experience (PMP Certification Preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in operational roles (SaaS experience a Bonus)
- 3+ years of direct & cross-functional leadership and management experience
- Experience with EOS, LVL10 Meetings, and Rock Setting (Preferred)
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Highly organized with strong cross functional collaboration skills
