Positions Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets in the commercial high-rise window cleaning market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to high-rise window cleaning is a plus.
- 3+ years sales/sales account manager experience
- 3+ years NYC Building Management or Facade Maintenance Industry experience.
