Kruse Motors is looking for an eager person, a self starter, for a lot attendant position. This position entails getting vehicles from the curb or the transport to the lot and online within 3 days of arrival. The job consists of stocking vehicles in (key tags, hang tags, numbering vehicles), organizing the lot, and touching the cars on a daily basis.
Summary:
Responsible for receiving and inspecting new vehicle deliveries, conducting damage assessments, and organizing vehicles on the lot. Manages inventory presentation and assists with vehicle reconditioning and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify vehicle deliveries and perform damage inspections.
- Photograph vehicles for online listings.
- Catalog and store vehicle keys; assign stock control numbers.
- Organize new and used vehicle lots for optimal space utilization.
- Assist with vehicle reconditioning and preparation for display.
- Maintain inventory appearance by cleaning vehicles and ensuring they meet dealership standards.
- Support sales team with vehicle demonstrations and stocking.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive or inventory management preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills with experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and handle valet parking duties
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Previous dealership or delivery driver experience is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency and experience with cash handling are desirable traits for this role.
