Job Description
As a Procurement Analyst, you will provide quality support to global procurement and mobile device account management for users throughout our organization. You will work independently and within teams to assess requests, and apply the correct level of urgency while providing customer service to support our organization requirements. You will ensure that end-user requests are processed while observing all policies, procedures and regulations.
You will report to: Senior Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:

Use eProcurement systems to produce purchase orders in D365 and Coupa to address purchasing requests and renewals

Manage ticket queue in procurement ticketing system

Maintain high volume of tickets with low missed service level agreement ticket backlog
-
Consolidate cross service line contracts of existing suppliers' agreements to reduce redundancy, increase economy of scale and achieve cost savings

Ensure compliance to managing renewal calendar and other departmental tracking systems

Update partners with status of procurement programs and client onboarding exercises

Must proficiently be able to use Microsoft Excel functions and formulas to:

Develop software license trackers used by procurement, IT and finance to manage software assets to maintain costs and compliancy

Conduct detailed financial analysis and present content to senior leadership

Create complex allocations for distributing costs of acquired goods and services to the cost centers

Lead Procurement efforts relating to integration of procurement services and contract consolidate efforts relating to acquired entities in North America

Knowledge of strategic sourcing activities and independently manage RFP development, bid response evaluation, and contract negotiations

Manage our wireless plan including conducting regular user/device audits

Recommend and foster change by implementing process improvements that refine operations and increase procurement efficiencies

Cultivate and sustain strategic supplier relationships that benefit Procurement department and dentsu

Produce cost-saving and cost avoidance opportunities

Qualifications
-
2+ years of progressively responsible purchasing experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-
Experience with eProcurement systems, such as Coupa and D365
-
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of procurement, contract administration and different forms of licensing

Experience in supplier contract review, authoring, and negotiation
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
