As a Solar Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, promoting solar energy solutions, and making a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new home owners interested in solar energy savings.
- Conduct consultations to understand customers' energy needs and propose solar energy solutions.
- Present proposals, including system design, savings analysis, and financing options, to potential home owners.
- Collaborate with the operations department to ensure seamless project installation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and strategic partner updates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Create innovative solutions to increase revenue and facilitate growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Sales, preferably in Solar.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a PLUS.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to drive results and motivate team members.
- Team player mentality, willing to lead before assuming the title.
- Possesses integrity, great work ethic, and professional demeanor.
- Must be coachable and willing to learn.
- Strong Interpersonal skills (and a willingness to continue to self improve).
- Physically fit individuals preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
