SUMMARY OF JOB: Performs total nursing care by utilizing the nursing process in accordance with Agency policies and procedures and physician’s orders. Interacts with customers in accordance with Agency-wide and nursing standards.

Specific Job Functions:
· Knowledge of Psychotropic medications, administration, and adverse side effects
· Knowledge of lab tests as related to psychiatry/neurology.
· Ability to provide integrated care coordination
· Knowledge of DSM IV diagnosis
Physical Requirements:
· Risk of exposure to infectious disease processes
· Medium to a high degree of mental stress produced by high census and complex interpersonal relationships.
· Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, walking and/or standing.
· Manual and digital dexterity are needed to operate a telephone, keyboard, medical equipment, etc.
· Use of computer for periods of 30 minutes or more at a time.
· Possible eyestrain from extended periods of viewing computer screens.
· Limited travel is required for this position.

Pay: $24.82 - $32.11 per hour
