Construction Manager-Project Manager (CM-PM)
Qualifications
CM-PM shall have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field from an accredited University. Educational requirement may be substituted by fifteen (15)years of directly related experience. Professional Experience shall consist of seven (7) years of experience in management of facility construction projects including supervision of engineering, design and construction, schedule control, cost management and program budgeting, and overall project management activities. Professional experience shall include the ability to read and interpret construction documents, as well as communicate effectively with project construction team members. Experience on healthcare projects/facilities shall be preferred. CM-PM shall be responsible for the overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost and schedule. They shall maintain daily progress reports and inspection reports and shall lead the inspection and quality assurance team assigned to projects to ensure timely and effective project oversight.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
