My Kid Therapy Center is currently seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. You will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for your clients.
Responsabilities include:
- Conduct assessments to identify functional behavior and skill deficits.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor progress and make necessary modifications to treatment plans.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
- Knowledge of and experience with a variety of behavior analytic techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
