Our Beverly Hills/Los Angeles center is seeking a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in patients as they arrive to our center.
- Giving patients any instructions needed as patients check in.
- Collecting insurance cards and pharmacy cards.
- Collecting any payments due as needed.
- Handling inventory and shipping medications to satellite offices.
- Ensure cleanliness and stocking/organizing the lobby area.
- Scheduling patients, answering phones, and account setup as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- 2-5 years of customer service experience strongly desired.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience Women's Health strongly preferred.
- High level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients and coworkers is required.
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
This position pays between $20 - $22 an hour, depending on experience. We offer great benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.).
