Seeking detail-oriented and dedicated Operations/Office Manager for one of Brookline's largest boutique real estate brokerages. Your role will be to oversee day-to-day operations in the office, draft and implement office policies in accordance with federal, state, and local housing laws and ordinances, and keep the office well-stocked with digital and physical resources for the agents to use.
Duties and responsibilities:
Serve as executive assistant to the three partners on small projects throughout the week.
Engage with landlords, property managers, rental clients, sellers, and potential buyers, and provide high-quality administrative support.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule events, meetings, and workshops.
Write and distribute emails, memos, and forms.
Maintain the filing system and coordinate professional shredding services, as needed.
Order office supplies.
Maintain several databases of contacts.
Provide light cleaning and take out the trash.
Facilitate and oversee the onboarding of new agents
Assist the Partners with specific long-term projects
Post and update advertisements on ad platforms and syndication programs.
Work Experience/Skills:
Must have prior office experience.
Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Must know how to use a computer, email, and Microsoft Word.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
