Responsibilities and Duties:

Accountable for all daily operations of the food service operation.

Train and develop team members - proactively seek out learning opportunities: books, mentorship, courses, experiences, and self-reflection.

Effectively address employee relations issues.

Ensure inventory levels are properly maintained in order to increase sales volume and control inventory.

Manage the cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment.

Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently.

Be directly responsible for all fund reconciliation and inventory audits.

Prepare or supervise preparation of all required paperwork.
-
Maintain safety and security of the restaurant and document any accidents or incidents that occur, when faced with hostility extend hospitality, nonetheless.

Ensure that all personnel know and follow all company policies and procedures.
General Manager (AGM) Requirements and Qualifications:
-
1 year of food service experience preferred.
-
Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced work environment.
-
Must be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends and holidays in order to provide management coverage when the Store Manager is not present.
-
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
-
Ability to bend down, stoop low, and stand for at least 8 hours.
-
Ability to properly lift, pull, and/or push up to 30 lbs.
