Job Overview:
We are a leading ABA therapy center dedicated to providing exceptional services to children with autism and their families. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to join our team in Ramsey. As a Clinical Director with us, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, lead a group of collaborative BCBAs and BTs, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day center operations
- Lead team of BCBAs and BTs teams and resolve any staff issues that arise
- Run weekly BCBA clinical meetings
- Oversee clinical programming including reviewing reports and treatment plans of BCBAs to ensure quality behavior analytic services as well as auditing clinical session notes
- Conduct center tours and conduct all initial assessments for all new clients
- Serve as the liaison between parents/guardians and clinicians when issues in clinical treatment arise
- Oversee hiring and training for all new clinical staff
- Provide supervision and parent training for caseload of 2 clients
- Conduct performance evaluations of all clinical staff
- Oversee health and safety protocols and implementation of the center
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies
- Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of a Masters degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of study is preferred. Additional certification as a special education teacher, school social worker, or school psychologist in the state of New Jersey is preferred.
- Have obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral (BCBA-D) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- A minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA in a clinic setting
- A minimum of 3 years experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience leading a team of BCBAs and BTs in a clinic setting
- Have obtained a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral (BCBA-D) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
