POSITION PURPOSE:
As the Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple marketing programs, vendors, and initiatives in support of both Corporate (PSC) and Partner Practices marketing efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to promote brand awareness and drive acquisition of new Surgeons, Practices, and Patients. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Serve as a marketing subject matter expert and provide direction, guidance, instruction related to USOSM specific marketing programs as well as functional expertise related to overarching marketing solutions, best practices and initiatives for both Corporate and/or Field Marketing.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Program Development & Management of internal marketing processes, programs, and initiatives to support, measure, and report on marketing efforts across the PSC and Practice Enterprise.
- Subject Matter Expert/Solution Management of various marketing-related vendors and solution providers supporting critical marketing programs/tools that enable marketing initiatives.
- Collaborative, cross-functional engagement, and management of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Onboarding new Surgeons & Practices, introducing them to the suite of services provided to them from PSC Marketing and working to develop and execute appropriate strategies and tactics to support the growth needs of their practice.
- Content & Asset Development - Create and/or manage the development of creative assets content and messaging for various initiatives/campaigns across the enterprise.
- Social Media Management includes strategy, content development, scheduling, distribution, and reporting across multiple brands.
- Digital Marketing Management – fundamental understanding of and ability to execute, optimize, analyze and report on a variety of digital marketing techniques to include Website UX, SEO, SEM, SMM, email and content.
- Vendor Management – ability to effectively establish, maintain, and manage multiple vendor relationships, ensuring SOWs, SLAs, deliverables, and budget expectations are met and managed effectively.
- Event Coordination & Management – various departments require a significant level of event coordination, management, and logistical support for various local, regional, and national events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Knowledge & Competencies:
- PC Based software fundamentals (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet)
- Verbal & Written Communication Fundamentals (Professional language, creative copywriting)
- Design/Creative Fundamentals (Brand Standards, Canva, Adobe, Video editing a plus)
- Social Media Management Fundamentals (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube)
- Digital Marketing Fundamentals (SEO, SEM, Constant Contact, Google Analytics)
Previous Experience/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
- 2-4 years healthcare marketing experience (corporate or field)
- Dental Industry experience a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent use of hands to manipulate the keyboard, telephone, files, and other office equipment.
- Ability to travel up to 20% via air, automobile.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
