As our Commissary Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the production quality of the food that goes to all of our stores.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee commissary kitchen, which produces food for the entire company
- Manage logistics of delivering food daily to 9+ stores
- Optimize operation for target food and labor cost while maintaining quality standards
- Work with software to track inventory, orders, recipes
- Ensure processes and best practices are being followed
Qualifications:
- Must be organized and attentive to detail
- Work experience demonstrating abilitiy to stay organized in fast paced environment
- Experience in food preferred but not mandatory
- Independent problem-solver
- Diligent, hard-working, and passionate about bringing nutritious food to the world
