The Call Center Supervisor Role:
- Welcome and inspire new hires with virtual training
- Supervise a team of Lead Generators making high-volume outbound calls
- Provide continuous coaching on sales techniques, quality, and product knowledge
- Track the growth and sales of each team member and provide feedback
- Come up with daily games, spiffs, and fun activities to keep your team motivated
- Deliver our culture of reward and recognition through Zoom meetings and huddles
Call Center Supervisor Requirements:
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in an outbound call center and/or training background
- Energetic and motivating personality with a strong desire to win for the team
- Effective and articulate communication skills with great cadence
- Hard worker, resourceful, and have a dynamic personality
- Enjoy learning, as well as being coached and challenged
- Crazy organization skills with the ability to stick to a schedule
