NextLevel Staffing is seeking a dedicated recuriting coordinator to join into our team. The ideal candidate will have a high drive for success and is actively looking to join the staffing industry. This position will start off as a coordinator for the first 3-6 months while we work to hone your staffing skill sets, Once proven that you are able to handle the day to day volume we will work to making you a full time recruiter with HUGE commission oppurtinites. This is an ideal position for those who are money hungry and seeking a challenging enviroment where your sucess is built by your own hands.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for open positions
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for in-person interviews
- Assist in the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Sales roles.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with talent acquisition strategies, including cold calling and utilizing social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. This is an in office position.
Pay: $40,000-45,000 Salary BOE.
