Always Compassionate Home Care is a non medical home care agency based in Philadelphia, Pa. Our services include senior companionship, grocery shopping, medication reminders, light housekeeping, ambulation, bathing and other daily care assistance. We provide tailored care plans that meets the needs of individuals and families, and we work hard to ensure we match the best care givers to fit what the care plan entails. We are hiring multiple home care aides to join our rapidly growing team. You will be tasked with executing the duties outlined per client’s care plan. Although your job is caring for the client, each assignment is a team effort - you will likely have to interact with the client’s loved ones as well. Responsibilities can range from the following: Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks. Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication. Help with general light housekeeping. Make transportation arrangements as needed. Observe and report on patient condition. Keep up with in-service training. Provide feedback and communication to office management. RELIABILITY is our #1 requirement. Other requirements include: High school diploma/GED Reliable transportation. Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to work with limited supervision. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Have good personal hygiene. Ability to perform light housekeeping. Etc
We are looking for a Home Health Aide to provide assistance to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience providing home health care services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the patient's condition and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or physician. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervisor.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Provide transportation to medical appointments or other errands.
