You will communicate with agents, clients, clinics, and insurance carriers to find solutions for their specific problems. Our clients mostly speak Spanish and English.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Customer service experience (1-2 years)
- Organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Problem solver
- Success-driven attitude
