Our organization is seeking a dedicated Work-Based Learning (WBL) Coordinator to join our team. We are committed to providing quality training and career development opportunities for our students while meeting Department of Labor (DOL) requirements and fostering strong relationships with local businesses.
**Responsibilities:**
- Plan, implement, and market the work-based learning program
- Develop and implement WBL policies in compliance with DOL requirements
- Recruit, enroll, and monitor students in WBL programs
- Conduct orientation sessions for students entering WBL programs
- Coordinate transportation of students to work sites
- Coordinate with career technical training instructors on workforce trends
- Recruit employers and job seekers to fulfill mission objectives
- Train work-based learning site supervisors on procedures
- Monitor work sites to ensure quality training is taking place
- Update student WBL hours in the Center Information System (CIS)
- Model appropriate employability skills and reinforce them with students
- Work with the Center's Safety Officer to ensure all WBL sites meet OSHA standards
- Conduct required site visits and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure all work positions have necessary agreements and signatures
- Adhere to DOL guidelines, Job Corps notices, and Center policies
- Participate in mandatory staff training as required by PRH

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
- Experience in career development, job placement, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, employers, and community partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to work sites
