We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing contract documents, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting the administrative needs of our contract management department. This role requires strong Excel skills, time management, and the ability to collaborate with individuals at varying seniority levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Builder Options and Descriptions: Interpret and manage various builder options and descriptions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company standards.
Data Entry Logging:
Maintain daily data entry logs, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Excel Proficiency:
Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and report data. Create and maintain spreadsheets for contract management and other administrative tasks.
Time Management:
Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Prioritize work to ensure timely completion of all responsibilities.
Attention to Detail:
Review and verify contract documents and other administrative materials to spot and correct errors. Maintain high accuracy in all tasks.
Collaboration:
Work effectively with staff, managers, and external partners. Communicate clearly and professionally at all times.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the contract management team, including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Keen attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers, and external partners.
Familiarity with contract management processes is a plus.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
