TP4K is looking for highly motivated, independent, driven, organized, energetic, and creative therapist to provide high quality, individualized therapy. We have a well developed OT and Speech program and are hoping to continue to grow and develop our PT department. We're looking to hire a licensed Physical Therapist with experience preferred. What are the job duties?
- Providing developmental assessments and treatments in a play-based approach for children ages birth to 18 years of age in the clinic environment
- Providing parent education and home programs related to treatment goals
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, Speech and other disciplines-- Ed therapy, MFT, Neuropsychology, who rent space in the building) on a daily basis
- Completing biannual progress reports utilizing standardized developmental assessment tools
- Other related duties-- daily documentation, management of treatment materials and spaces, continuing education, passion for learning and clinical growth
- Productivity expectations are 70% with built in time allowed for administrative and documentation hours.
Requirements:
- CA Board of Physical Therapy licensure
- BLS CPR certification
- Accreditation by APTA
- CPR Licensure
- At least 1 year of pediatric experience-- New graduates are welcome to still apply and will be considered for the position.
