Salary: GS-13 $117,962.00 - $153,354.00

Mission Statement:
The mission of the FBI is to protect the American People and uphold the Constitution of the United States.
Major Duties:
- Serve as an expert on a program management team by managing multiple terrorism programs and/or operations involving significant resources.
- Serve as a primary component in supporting investigations, assisting in prioritizing threats, and providing programmatic oversight to the international terrorism program in assigned field offices.
- Collaborate with key intelligence components and members of the intelligence workforce to assist in resolving highly-complex case management issues.
- Respond to requests from executives and other internal/external partners.
- Maintain knowledge of baseline investigative tools, conduct research relevant to investigations, produce detailed written responses and other investigative products based on requests, and provide case updates to unit and section leadership.
- Develop and maintain relationships with field office counterparts in assigned field offices to facilitate regular communication about case, threat, and program challenges and successes.
- Train incoming intelligence and supervisory special agent staff in a variety of critical operational support areas.
- Conduct analysis of highly complex program management efforts to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, develop performance measures, and ensure processes meet program requirements.
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external organizations to remain abreast of new techniques, processes, or technologies available to improve the effectiveness of the program management process within the section.
- Manage the response to emergent, time sensitive threats and critical incidents in the assigned AOR.
- Provide expertise to assigned units to implement effective structures and processes during command post operations.
- Develop and maintain liaison relationships with components throughout CTD.

Specialized Experience (SE):
GS-13: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level. SE is defined as follows:
- Researching, investigating and evaluating new or improved Counterterrorism and Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Developing standard operating procedures to improve business operations.
- Developing, monitoring and evaluating short-range program goals, objectives and milestones for compliance to overall mission.
