Badger State Maintenance, a small business from Milton, WI and a leader in commercial landscape construction is looking for a full-time, creative landscape Foreman to help implement landscapes focusing on mid-large scale commercial properties.
BSM has set a strong 2024 revenue goal and we're looking for a like-minded "CAN DO" attitude that will put us over that GOAL! Your efforts will be rewarded!
Role and Responsibilities
- Directs crew & activities on the job site.
- Manages personnel effectively and efficiently.
- Tracks and records all job expenses through LMN.
- Maintains a clean and safe job site.
- Training crew members as needed Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.
- Communicates well with all crew members, supervisor and clients.
- Processes Change orders and enhancements.
- Commercial Driver’s License or willingness to obtain.
- Knowledge of hardscapes including complete paver and modular retaining wall installations, natural stone walls, flagstone and machine walls (Boulders and Outcropping).
- Proficient heavy equipment operating skills including skid steer and mini excavator specifically finish grading by using harley rake, rock hound and similar attachments.
- Ability to read transits, laser levels and establish grades.
- Good time management skills; Willingness to work long hours as needed.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Must be a Team Player.
- Procure Materials required for up-and-coming projects.
- Manages a Snow Route for snow removal during the winter months
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform projects to the highest standards
- Willing to adapt to the latest innovative construction techniques & operate innovative equipment.
- 3-Years Supervisor Experience
- Retaining wall, Patio & Commercial landscaping experience
- Read Blueprints
- Great attitude that is forward thinking
- LMN Knowledge is a PLUS!

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
