**Job Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. **Duties:** - Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor - Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently - Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials - Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Collaborate with servers to ensure guest satisfaction **Skills:** - Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members - Strong customer service orientation to address guest needs effectively - Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems - Knowledge of food service procedures and hospitality industry standards - Ability to assist and help guests with inquiries or requests - Familiarity with hotel or guest relations practices - Experience with POS systems is a plus This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality setting, gain valuable customer service experience, and be part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional service.
