Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to join our team. As a Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of canvassers to effectively communicate and engage with potential customers. Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of canvassers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to generate leads and increase sales
- Train and coach canvassers on effective communication techniques, sales strategies, and product knowledge
- Coordinate and schedule canvassing activities in target areas
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the canvassing team, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to review progress, share best practices, and address any challenges or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities, including leads generated, sales made, and customer feedback
Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, market research, or door-to-door sales
- Experience in fundraising or political campaign canvassing (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset
