Construction Coordinator/Admin Assistant
Design Builder/General Contractor in Broward County seeks a full time, front office desk and or coordinators who assist Project Managers and Estimators. This job consists of answering phones, typing letters, updating NTO logs, typing meetings minutes, processing RFI’s and submittals, assisting estimating, project management and accounting, typing contracts, maintaining logs and documents in Procore and very proficient with Outlook/MS Office (Word & Excel).
The individual must have commercial construction office experience as it is a very busy environment which requires tough skin, multi tasking skills, be extremely organized, have excellent communication skills, a team player and have an upbeat attitude. Candidate must be able to assist management in multiple departments handling office tasks in a polite, professional manner and under pressure via phone, e-mail and generally being a helpful and a positive presence in the workplace and dealing with field supervision, Owner Reps and Architects. Time management skills are a must. We are a drug free work place.
