Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert in recruiting, sourcing, and onboarding candidates.
- Act as a consultant to hiring managers, a collaborator with peers, and an advocate for candidates.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle.
- Build and foster relationships with hiring managers.
- Experiment with lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- Experienced in multi-state or regional recruiting.
- Successful in handling large or high-volume positions across diverse roles.
- Proficient in recruitment strategy development and detailed reporting.
- Knowledgeable in federal, state, and local compliance.
- Creative in sourcing and onboarding strategies.
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
- Willing to travel up to 25% regionally.
