This is a level 3 Voice Operations Consulting Engineer role.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a large financial company environment covering project implementation, day-to-day support for trader voice solutions/turrets, hoots, regulatory voice recording, mobile voice recording including end user issues.
Responsibilities:
· Technical solution deployment
· Upgrade and Migration of systems
· End user tickets, issues resolution
· Daily system checks
· Troubleshooting, remediation in case of incidents/problems
· Product and product-delivery improvements
· New solutions and product introduction
· Documentation and improvement of processes and tools
Requirements:
· BS/BA degree with relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other applicable technical field.
· Must have analytical and organizational skills necessary to administer all policies and procedures within area of responsibility.
· Must be available for on-call rotations, out of business hours work.
· Experience dealing with telecom providers from service ordering through problem management.
· Strong knowledge of regulatory recording initiatives and requirements
· Strong knowledge of voice services and technologies including: IPC Trading Turrets/Dealerboards, Speakerbus Intercom, Voice Recording (Verint VFC , NICE/NTR, Mobile Services, Carrier/Telecom Providers
· Strong working knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Resiliency solutions
· Troubleshooting problems, escalations to ensure resolution within SLAs
· Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
· Experience with building, maintaining, troubleshooting databases (MS SQL, Oracle).
· Experience with tools such as Elastic Search, Thousand Eyes or other similar tools.
· Knowledge of administrating/troubleshooting Windows/ESX/Linux servers.
