Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the early childhood development and education of our students. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and educational needs of each child are met
- Maintain open communication with colleagues and administrators
- Engage students in various activities that promote creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles
- Provide individualized instruction and tutoring when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting
-CDA in Preschool or
-Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Familiarity with math concepts for preschool-aged children
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with young learners

WORK HOURS ARE- 6:30AM-4:30PM.
