We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure all event and project details are accurately prepared and secured. This role requires close collaboration with Account Management, Warehouse and Logistics, Administrative Services, and leadership to deliver exceptional events for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables including but not limited to developing and implementing resource plans to ensure timely and accurate allocation of materials, personnel, and equipment for each event.
- Scheduling and Logistics Oversight: Coordinate with various departments to create and maintain detailed schedules for resource deployment, ensuring alignment with project timelines including but not limited to overseeing the logistics of resource transportation, ensuring timely delivery and efficient distribution at event sites.
- Vendor Coordination: Ensure that event details are properly communicated to vendors in cooperation with Account Managers.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on resource utilization, providing insights and recommendations for future projects by maintaining thorough project documentation, including project plans, progress reports,and post-project evaluations.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years related experience required preferably within the events or entertainment industry.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.
