Due to increased growth, we are looking to add to add a Junior Recruiter to our staffing team. If you have a genuine interest in people and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, this could be the opportunity for you! This position will be responsible for high-volume, quick turnaround recruiting and will play a key role in helping the team meet with success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Source and recruit candidates by using ATS databases, social media, etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships during the selection process
- Provide a high-level of customer service to each candidate
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task.
- Computer proficient, including Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience
- College degree in communications or HR related field, preferred
