Frontline Social Club is a members club for first responders that will be opening in May. This is a new concept type restaurant/bar/coffee shop that has never been attempted anywhere in the USA. Even with experience, this community space will be a different type of working environment than you are used to. One that we think will excite a lot of service industry members.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team at a members club for first responders. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our members, taking their orders, ensuring their experience is enjoyable, and filling all of the alcohol orders for the entire establishment. Duties:
- Greet members
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate food and drink orders from members
- Upsell menu items and suggest additional items to enhance the dining experience
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments using the Toast POS System
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
