Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The Quality Assurance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards & will be responsible for inspecting products for potential safety hazards, finish imperfections, and assembly difficulty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality inspection, CGMP, FDA regulations, vision inspection systems, QA/QC, HACCP, quality audits, and fabrication and have worked in the past in an assembly environment or construction environment doing Quality Assurance or Quality Control work.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company specifications.
- Utilize vision inspection systems and other tools to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Implement and maintain CGMP, FDA regulations, and HACCP guidelines throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team to perform quality control checks at various stages of production.
- Conduct internal quality audits to assess processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Fabricate test samples or prototypes for quality testing purposes.
Experience:
- Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or related industry.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials.
