T&T Construction Management Group is a growing company and is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting our most valuable asset – our people.
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to source and engage with potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Job Postings: Write and post job advertisements on appropriate job boards and career pages.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values to potential candidates and enhance the employer brand.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new
- hires.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Construction Industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Certifications: Professional HR, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
