```Duties```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for early childhood education
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special education needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Implement literacy education strategies to promote language development and reading skills
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification or license in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
