**Job Summary:**

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist in maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support other staff members as needed.
