JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance Inspector will be your eyes and ears on property to ensure that the identified "guest experience" matches our hotel's promise of quality. The inspector will inspect, review and evaluate a variety of services and amenities at the hotel, such as room service, preventative and corrective maintenance, site safety, project management, etc. at the property.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Hotels that are supported by the management company operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.
Perform inspections to ensure rooms are constantly meeting or exceeding brand standards.
Monitor the properties inventory levels, managing cost per room for supplies and labor.
Identify maintenance issues during inspections and either repair or report the issue to the building maintenance team. Small repair performed by you may include broken towel racks, loose cabinets, replacing light bulbs, etc.
Inspect all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, guest room supplies, equipment, linens and public areas are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction. (exterior, interior, guestrooms, storage areas and public space)
Problem solve and propose solutions to hotel managers and support teams.
Records inspection results prepare reports and notifies all appropriate support leaders and directors.
Enter field inspection data into spreadsheet and reports.
Assist Management in grading units for Quality and Condition.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Willingness to travel frequently. (95% Travel)
Proven ability to maintain high levels of professionalism while interfacing with guests, corporate management and ground team members.
Ability to travel between multiple locations
Able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
Ability to work alone for long periods of time
Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Ability to have a flexible work schedule

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
