Role Description
The Simon Law Group is seeking a full-time remote Personal Injury Case Manager. The Personal Injury Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of personal injury cases from intake to settlement, ensuring all cases are managed efficiently, promptly, and accurately. You will liaise between clients, attorneys, and medical providers to coordinate medical treatment, and communicate important legal updates to clients throughout their case.
The Personal Injury Case Manager will work closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure clients receive the care and compensation they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Create relationships with clients and guide them through the case process from intake to settlement.
- Fully investigate each case, gathering, and analyzing intake information and relevant documents
- Request medical records and manage the resolution of property damage claims
- Formulate treatment plans for clients ensuring they are receiving the best possible care
- Ensure client file is complete for demand and potential litigation
- Maintain client confidence by keeping client/ attorney information confidential
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the legal field, particularly in personal injury law
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Empathy and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in using legal software, such as case management
- Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field is preferred
- Bilingualism in Spanish is preferred
